Slatwall Commerce Customers

When your affiliated organization purchases a ten24 product or subscribes to any of our services, we may receive personal information about you (either directly from you or from your affiliated organization), which will only be used as necessary to provide our products and/or services to your affiliated organization, and as otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy. We will act as a ‘data processor’ on behalf of your organization in respect of that personal information. The ‘data controller’ is the entity which enters into the contract with us for products and/or services and, in order to provide those products and/or services, we will process your personal information only on the instructions of the data controller. The data controller is responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and providing you with all requisite information as required by the applicable data protection laws.

You may also be asked to provide certain personal information to our customers in connection with their use of our products and services, such as when you respond to a survey or register for an event. If you choose to provide personal information to one of our customers, you should review the individual privacy policy of that customer. ten24 is not responsible for the privacy practices of our customers.

Personal Information

ten24 collects personal information from you through your use of our Websites. Personal information is information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, and includes a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual. Personal information amounts to ‘personal data’ for the purposes of and as defined in the GDPR. All references in this Privacy Policy to personal information shall be deemed to include personal data as defined and used in the GDPR.  

How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

ten24 collects information from our users at several different points on our Websites.

Our Websites offer several opportunities for visitors to register for promotional and informational mailings, online webinars and resources, and for assistance in evaluating our products and services. These registration forms enable users to opt-in to our mailing lists and require users to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this contact information to send you information about our company and our products and services. Notice is given at the point of collection to enable users to choose whether or not they consent to the usage terms. Those who have signed up and subsequently wish to withdraw their participation may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time (see the “Your Rights” section below).

We also keep track of activity on our Websites. We collect information such as IP address, browser type and version, and pages you view. We also keep track of how you got to our Websites and any links you click on to leave our site. Cookies and Web Beacons

Some of our web pages, emails, and other online content may contain electronic images known as web beacons, also known as single-pixel GIFs, which are invisible graphical images. Occasionally, we enter into contracts with third parties so that they can assist us in servicing you (for example, providing customer service).
